By continuing the Shisei method, which uses the rhythm of nature, asymmetric or distorted posture will be improved naturally; beginning with severe back and knee pain, mental and physical problems will naturally be improved.
The Shisei method relies on each person’s inborn natural strength, rather than medicines and/or health equipment. We hope that more people will have the chance to get to practice this method.
